The forecast scorecard
Data to June quarter 2026
We publish rent forecasts as ranges and grade them against what happened, then grade other forecasters by the same rule. Our own record first, because a scorecard you are not on is not accountability.
Findings from our own data, on questions nobody else is answering because nobody else computes the figures. Every piece is generated from the database, so its numbers cannot drift from the source, and every one states what it excluded.
