Queensland publishes rents openly and charges for sale prices — the Titles Registry quoted a member of the public $20,317 for the bulk file — so there is no price or yield column here rather than one built on a value we would have to model. Only New South Wales publishes rent quartiles, so the spread of rents inside each area is not shown.
No table on this site mixes states. Each publisher measures a rent its own way and releases it on its own schedule, so a national ranking would compare figures that are not comparable. The other tables are one per state for that reason.
